1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the FinTruvix platform. By creating an account you agree to them.

2. Nature of the service

FinTruvix is a cross-broker social-trading platform. It mirrors trades between accounts and maintains a verified reputation record. FinTruvix does not hold client funds — your capital remains in your own broker account at all times.

3. Risk

Trading leveraged instruments carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Trust Scores describe past, verified behaviour and are not a prediction of future results or a recommendation to trade. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

4. Fees

Fees are described on our Pricing page and in your fee terms. The platform earns a marketplace fee on strategist earnings, never on follower capital.

What is stored

Strictly necessary Always on

Signing in, staying signed in, and protecting forms against cross-site request forgery. The site cannot work without these, so they are not optional.

Device recognition Your choice

A random id kept in your browser so a sign-in from a device your account has never used can be flagged to you. It is never shared, and it is not advertising or analytics.

`fintruvix-session` Strictly necessary	Identifies your browsing session so the site can keep you signed in.	Expires after 2 hours of inactivity, or until you sign out.
`XSRF-TOKEN` Strictly necessary	Protects every form on the site against cross-site request forgery.	Expires after 2 hours.
`remember_web_*` Strictly necessary	Keeps you signed in between visits — set only if you tick "Remember me".	Expires after 400 days or until you sign out.
`ft_consent` Strictly necessary	Remembers the choice you make here, so you are not asked on every page.	Expires after 180 days.
`ft-theme` Strictly necessary	Remembers light or dark mode — written only if you use the theme switch.	Until you clear site data.
`ft-device-id` Device recognition	A random id identifying this browser, so a sign-in from a device your account has not used before can be flagged.	Until you clear site data.
